Is it keto? Paleo? Vegan? Fasting? Low-carb, low-fat, macro-counting?
Whatever you’re currently doing in terms of fuel and nourishment…how are you feeling doing it (longterm!) ???
Do you have energy? Thick, strong hair and nails? How’s your sleep? How are your moods, hormones and cycle? Is your skin clear? Is your weight stable and in a healthy range? Is your temperature high, your pulse strong? Is your spirit happy?
If you answered “no” to any of these questions, there’s a good chance what you’re doing as far as nutrition...just might not be cuttin’ it for you.
Nutrition can be confusing: how much to eat, what to eat, when to eat, what not to eat? It’s a lot. I get it, I’ve been there.
But it doesn’t have to be!
After years of experimentation and research, I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s really more simple than we think. We gotta go back to the BASICS.
Real food, balanced plates and adequate calories. I focus on minerals, high-quality animal products, organic fruits and well-cooked veggies. My approach is based on research from nutrition pioneer’s such as Weston A. Price and Dr. Ray Peat.
