THINK.

The thoughts that consume your mind have a direct impact on your physical and mental health and wellbeing. Establishing an intentional, consistent mindfulness practice is one of the most powerful things you can do for your health.

I speak from experience…

I started meditating a few years ago, and was blown away by how even 10 minutes of meditation in the morning impacted my mood, nervous system and interactions throughout the entire day.

Make a goal to find a quiet space each day (for even 5-10 minutes) to meditate, and observe any changes you feel in your self and/or day.

Not sure how to start? Some people find they prefer to meditate in silence or to a gentle background song. Others prefer to follow a guided meditation to help relax their mind and direct their thoughts. Experiment and see what works for you! The goal is to quiet the “monkey brain” and allow thoughts to come and go without judgement.

If you enjoy guided meditations, feel free to listen to mine on this page or on Insight Timer HERE.
