FAQ:
What if I’m not gluten free?
That’s ok! Many of the recipes are just naturally gluten-free, and the ones that use gluten free flour, you should be able to sub flour 1:1. *Note: I haven’t tried this, as I do not consume gluten, but the blend I use is a 1:1 blend, so they should turn out fine!
What if I don’t eat meat or animal products?
This ebook is heavy on animal products. The research I’ve done suggests animal products are the most nutrient-dense and bioavailable (meaning your body will easily absorb and use the nutrients from it), so if you don’t consume animal products, this ebook probably isn’t for you.
Why do you eat the way you eat?
I’ve tried countless different ways of eating, and after many years of research and experimentation, I’m confident in the approach I take to nutrition. I focus on real, whole foods, minerals and enough calories. The recipes in this ebook align with those principles.
Do you include macros for the recipes?
I chose not to include macros in this ebook. After years of restrictive eating, I believe counting macros can encourage a disordered relationship with food and our bodies. It can be helpful to count macros for a few days to see where things are in order to make shifts to reach your goals, but I don’t recommend it daily.
